There is a $10 processing fee for all returns. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping the cost we incurred for the shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. If you’re sending something back, you’ll have to bear the cost of shipping. If it’s something worth $75 or more, we recommend getting tracking or even insurance.
After we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll issue you a refund to your method of payment. This should only take a few days, but if it drags on, please get in touch with your credit card company, and then your bank. If you're still having issues with your refund not showing up please contact us.
Irrespective of whether the item was marked as a gift originally, the method of payment used to purchased it will be credited.
