2023 Chevrolet Colorado

It shouldn't come as a surprise that the 2023 Chevy Colorado offers at least three distinct options as off-road-focused pickups are a big business. While the brand-new Path Boss model will definitely draw attention, the ZR2 remains at the top of the list. Although we've already talked about the truck, in this text we'll go a little further and talk specifically about the new ZR2 Desert Boss edition. Let's take a look at the new truck since there is no better place to start than with the style. It immediately stands out thanks to a distinctive front fascia, a distinctive grille with ZR2 badging, and a Circulate Tie insignia with purple accents.

A high-clearance front bumper further down aids in maximizing the truck's approach angle. Drivers will appreciate the aluminum skid plates, rock sliders, and purple restoration hooks if things get a little too tight for solace. The truck also has bulging fender flares to fit the roughly 3-inch (76 mm) wider tires, so they aren't the only changes. 17-inch wheels with 33-inch mud terrain tires help the mannequin's stance even further. The highlights are completed by a rear bumper that maximizes clearance and a 5' 2" mattress with a spray-on bedliner. As you enter the cabin, you'll notice recognizable Artemis heated entrance seats with Strike accents. Along with an 11.3-inch infotainment system and an 8-inch digital instrument cluster, we will also see camouflage trim and ZR2 badging. The truck will also come equipped with an eight-way power driver's seat, a dual-zone climate control system, and an auto-dimming rearview mirror. Full details may be released closer to launch.

The truck is equipped with a 3-inch (76 mm) carry, Multimatic DSSV dampers, specific cast-iron control arms, and unique outboard mounted shocks for performance. The model also features four-wheel drive, front and rear computerized locking differentials, and a reworked rear axle with a 3.42 ratio, which is just the tip of the iceberg. The 2023 Chevy Colorado ZR2 will be an off-road beast with 10.7 inches (272 mm) of floor clearance and approach, departure, and breakover angles of 38.3, 25.1, and 24.6 degrees thanks to those and other enhancements. The good news doesn't stop there, as the model features a high-output, turbocharged 2.7-liter four-cylinder engine that produces 310 horsepower (231 kW / 314 PS) and 430 lb-ft (582 Nm) of torque.
